Who Really Are The Lawless & The Dictatorial?

he Left is in its usual sanctimonious but schizophrenic mood. The left cries “dictatorship” while wielding the courts, agencies, and media to undermine laws, crush dissent, and call it democracy.

The media claims daily that the Trump Administration has usurped power. It is supposedly destroying democracy. It tramples on the Rule of Law and thus has created a virtual dictatorship.

Yet at the same time, Democrats high-five the most recent district court judge who has put a stop to the current Trump executive orders; which the Trump Administration abides by as it files appeals.

There are two clear conclusions from the flurry of the lower-court liberal justices’ orders: 1) Trump has obeyed their record number of interventions as the appeals go forward; and 2) rarely in the history of the republic has a pool of some 300-400 left-wing district judges exercised such nationwide control over the executive branch and indeed the entire nation.

Yet consider the array of double standards:

Donald Trump is accused of improperly dictating to private elite universities who choose to apply for and receive federal funds. At least, lower court cherry-picked justices predictably rule so.

However, please spare us the district courts’ sermons on truth, justice, and the American way, given their lodestar is often ideology, not principled adherence to the law.

After all, Trump is only following the precedents of the Obama Administration. With legal impunity, it had threatened fines and worse to public and private universities that did not fully implement Title 9 to Obama’s subjective standards.

Indeed, the Obama Department of Education Office of Civil Rights, in an unconstitutional fashion, habitually threatened colleges and universities (“Dear Colleague…”) with a cutoff of federal funds if they did not comply with its weird version of addressing charges of campus sexual harassment. For the “constitutional lawyer” Obama, gone was the American creed that Americans accused on campus were innocent unless proven guilty “beyond a reasonable doubt.”

For the Harvard Law graduate Obama, gone were even past administrative rules that required “clear and convincing evidence” to convict the accused.

Instead, it ordered campuses to adopt its new Orwellian standard that a mere “preponderance of the evidence” might find the targeted guilty—or risk losing federal funds.

Hillsdale College long ago declined federal subsidies and grants, only to be a target of petty, even spiteful, federal harassment from both the Obama and Biden Administrations.

Imagine what would be our current district court judges’ attitude toward an administration’s “interference” in denying federal funds to a campus that allowed black students to be serially harassed and assaulted on campuses—and their attackers honored by the university, in the manner that Jewish students and their assailants are today at Harvard. Would a judge really forbid the federal government from attaching conditions to its optional funding, requiring campuses to follow the law and protect at-risk students?

Imagine what district judges would say should visiting white South African students, here on student visas, trash the libraries of their hosts and rough up minority janitors or surround a library to threaten students of color trapped inside—and do so with assumed campus impunity?

Would our principled district judges really forbid a Democrat administration from holding back federal funds to force sanctimonious college presidents to stop such racially inspired campus violence?

Would the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rule that universities had violated the corpus of civil rights legislation and the 2022 Supreme Court decision if they ever allowed segregated “European-American” auxiliary graduations or de facto segregated Euro-dorms (“theme houses”)?

What if African-American students with higher test scores and GPAs on average than their white counterparts were systematically discriminated against in admissions to ensure that the incoming admitted class was composed of roughly no more than two percent black males —perhaps in the manner of the last few years when about 9 percent of the incoming Stanford classes were apparently designated white males (who make up 33-35 percent of the population)?

Would the lower courts stop a Democrat administration that forced such a racially discriminating university to follow prior civil rights court decisions and federal laws—or else?

Would our lower courts rebuke a Democrat administration that had warned a campus to abide by protections of the First Amendment if they wished continuance of federal funds—and thus, say, stop white male frat students from shouting down, disrupting, harassing, and threatening a speech of a transgendered visiting federal judge—as one of its own right-wing male administrators hijacked and prematurely ended the guest’s lecture?

When CBS’s Scott Pelley hijacked a graduation address to deliver a Bruce Springsteen-like rant against Trump, the purported tyrant, did he specify how the elected president has trampled the Constitution? Does Trump’s press secretary selectively edit her transcripts, as CBS does, to show the president in a more favorable light?

Has Trump followed any of the precedents established during the prior four years of the Biden Administration?

Did he, Mr. Pelley, coordinate local, state, and federal prosecutors to warp the law and try to imprison his 2020 and 2024 political opponent?

The Left talks of Elon Musk as a Trump oligarch threatening democracy. Has Musk been convicted of a felony charge of insider trading in the manner that billionaire and donor George Soros was in France? Is he now in prison like left-wing mega-donor and disgraced oligarch Sam Bankman-Fried?

Note well that in the days after Trump’s 2022 announcement to seek reelection, the Biden DOJ appointed Jack Smith as a federal prosecutor to prosecute Trump.

At roughly the same time, Nathan Wade, the lead prosecutor for Fani Willis’s Georgia prosecution of Trump, mysteriously showed up in Washington to meet with the White House counsel. Why?

Stranger still, Matthew Colangelo—formerly the DOJ’s third-ranking prosecutor and a key figure in Letitia James’s ridiculous New York case—left the department once again to rejoin the legal campaign against Trump by leading Alvin Bragg’s municipal prosecution of Trump.

Note also that Smith left his billet under a cloud of ethics conflicts after receiving free legal services and not initially reporting such gifted conflict-of-interest income. Fani Willis was forced off her prosecutions for numerous ethical violations and indeed fined for not turning over subpoenaed documents. Letitia James is currently facing federal investigations ranging from mortgage, mail, and banking fraud to falsification of documents.

So far, Trump has not sent the FBI to raid the multiple Biden residences to search for more classified documents, given Biden’s serial history of improper possession of such materials.

Did Jack Smith, in Robert Hur fashion, ever claim that Trump was not feasibly prosecutable because he had a poor memory, perhaps citing the illustrious work of fired Yale psychiatrist professor and left-wing heartthrob Dr. Bandi Lee, who had earlier tele-diagnosed Trump as demented?

Are any red states currently coordinating to take the 2028 Democrat nominee off their state ballots following the lead of the Democrats?

Trump was certainly not nominated by Republican Party insider fiat in 2024. Instead, he ran as a maverick disruptor and won the nomination in open primaries. Kamala Harris was selected by Democrat insiders—despite never having won a single delegate or primary vote in her two nomination bids.

Joe Biden, whose prior 2020 nomination was fixed by party insiders, won the 2024 nomination by winning 14 million primary votes. But he was kicked off the ticket by the same party insiders and donors who had orchestrated his prior nomination. Is that the new Democrat-style of democracy of nullifying the wishes of 14 million voters?

The left talks endlessly of the “Rule of Law.” But they have crafted a funny sort of selective and self-interested jurisprudence. If a local or state entity decides it does not find federal immigration convenient, it simply defies federal orders to turn over those who have entered and resided in the country illegally, even or especially in the case of the detained who have committed crimes.

In the ancient days, Americans called that defiance “nullification.” Indeed, it was always associated with “states’ rights,” and a long history of insurrectionary illegality from the Confederacy to George Wallace standing in the door of the University of Alabama.

But the Left now calls those entities that nullify federal laws “sanctuary cities”—although it would go ballistic should a red country similarly declare the federal Endangered Species Act or gun registration laws nullified in their “sanctuary” jurisdictions. Indeed, a Democrat administration would likely apply a January 6-like preventative detention and indefinite incarceration to any such nullifying “insurrectionaries.”

Are the Trump White House and the Republican majority Senate now maneuvering to end the filibuster as the Democrats once threatened? Are they trying to pack the Supreme Court to ensure more appointments before 2029, in the fashion that Democrat presidential candidates used to promise? Or are they threatening to end the Electoral College as Democrats habitually bluster?

I do not remember, during the current Trump tenure, the FBI suppressing knowledge of evidence in the manner of its Biden-era smothering of Hunter’s authenticated laptop to influence an election. Are Trump’s FBI lawyers doctoring evidence to frame their targets à la Kevin Clinesmith?

In Trump’s first 120 days, I don’t recall FBI Director Kash Patel leaking confidential presidential conversations to the New York Times, or ordering the FBI to collect dirt on Democrat candidates, or hiring a fraudulent ex-British spy to compile a lurid dossier on AOC or Bernie Sanders. Has Patel lied four times to federal investigators following the prompt of Andrew McCabe?

Nor has Patel ordered his agents to work with Facebook and Twitter to suppress embarrassing press coverage about the Trump family.

The Trump Secret Service is not a private retrieval service that hunts down his children’s missing, lurid diaries or incriminating lost laptops or illegally acquired lost handguns.

Is there now a White House-conservative media cabal covering up a Trump cancer diagnosis or demonstrable senility?

So far, the Trump CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, have not repeatedly lied under oath to Congress, following the precedents of the Obama-era CIA Director John Brennan and DNI James Clapper.

So please, spare us the sanctimonious lectures on “tyranny” and “dictatorship” from the very ideologues who have done and are doing more to wreck the Constitution and destroy the confidence of the American people in the Rule of Law than any generation in modern memory. ✪

The Curse Of Anti-Life Ideology

n May 17, a young man, whom no one seemed to actually know, died in the explosion of a massive bomb outside a California IVF clinic in what authorities describe as an a deliberate act of terrorism. A manifesto he left behind suggests that he intended to take his own life; and indeed that he believed his own life and the lives of everyone else were in some way’ “destructive.”  It is logical that he would attempt to blow up a clinic that participated in the creation of new life.

This story might seem unimportant if the young man had acted on a whim or if he were insane, but the fact is that he acted quite rationally, however misguidedly, following years of ideological training and reflection. Twenty-five-year-old Guy Edward Bartkus was not insane; if anything, he was too rational, too consumed by ideas, too disconnected from society and from his physical nature. Like Dostoevsky’s Raskolnikov in Crime and Punishment, Bartkus was apparently isolated and obsessed by an ideology. In his case by pro-mortalist ideas — the belief, according to NewsNation, that “it’s better to die than to continue existing and it’s wrong to bring new sentient life into the world.”

Bartkus’s “crime” was that he was so overwhelmed by the sense that human beings in general; and himself in particular, are a damaging to existence that new birth needs to be stopped and existing humans eliminated.  His “punishment” was the self-inflected death via an explosive device so powerful that his body parts were scattered on the street far from where the bomb was set off.

If the Bartkus case were an isolated incident, there would be little more to say. However, the bigger problem is that it was not. Bartkus’s female friend, Sophie Tinney, was killed, reportedly at her own request, back in April, and the death may have spurred Bartkus’s plan of action. Bartkus is also said to have been in touch with and written on internet sites devoted to the same anti-life propositions.

At first blush, some readers may connect Bartkus’s attack on a fertility clinic with what they view as “similar” attacks by pro-lifers on abortion facilities. No comparison could be more inappropriate. Bartkus’s motives and those of the anti-life websites he seems to have visited are the opposite of pro-life groups, who wish to preserve life instead of destroying it.

It’s important to understand just how radical today’s anti-life movement has become. According to fastslang.com, at its core, Anti Life is a rejection of life itself. Its adherents believe that  existence is inherently painful and pointless, and that the only way to escape this suffering is through self-destruction. They see death not as an end, but as a release from the chains of existence, and actively seek out ways to hasten their own demise.

Anti-lifers are by nature nihilistic and often engage in violence, sabotage, or terrorism, including anti-government and anti-authority actions similar to what Bartkus engaged in. According to reports:

“Despite its extremist views, Anti Life has attracted a growing number of followers in recent years.  Some see it as a way to rebel against a society they feel has failed them, while others are drawn to its nihilistic and anarchic worldview.”

Just how many hardcore adherents there are is difficult to know, but according to Victor Davis Hanson, as many as one third of Americans may be termed “alienated”:

The American stranger embraces a pessimistic view of this country, rather than the therapeutic view shared by most Americans. Given the nation’s cultural and financial profligacy, he assumes things are going to get worse. Or at least he accepts that they cannot go on as they are. The medicine (that will fall on him to administer) will be as catastrophic as the lethal disease (which he thinks was caused mostly by others).

As Hanson stresses, the anti-lifer is nihilistic, cynical, and prone to violence or sympathy with violence. Bartkus’s manifesto along with his scattered online writings suggest he was engaged in a “war with pro-lifers.” Bartkus’s website revealed a “hatred of religion” and of life in general. Newspaper reports quote Bartkus as writing that “life can only continue as long as people hold the delusional belief that it is not a zero sum game causing senseless torture, and messes it can never, or only partially, clean up.” He stated,  “I think we need a war against pro-lifers” and added, “It is clear at this point that these people aren’t only stupid, they simply do not care about the harm they are perpetuating by being willing agents for a DNA molecule.”  Bartkus also expressed his admiration for Sandy Hook Elementary School killer Adam Lanza.

The case of Guy Bartkus is shocking in and of itself, but far worse is the fact that millions of others must hold equally radical ideations and that more than one hundred million others in the USA alone share similar if not so extreme views. We live in a country filled with moral confusion and infected by radical ideology — a country filled with Raskolnikovs who deny the beauty of life and the life-giving virtue of our civilization.

The anti-life movement, in the broad sense of the word, is neither small in number nor recent.  It has been a force in American life at least since the 1960s and it will continue to be so for decades to come.  We cannot wave a magic wand and convert young men and women like Guy Bartkus to the pro-life position, but we can continue to live in a hopeful manner and to express our beliefs unequivocally. The Bartkus case is an indicator of how far radical ideology can drive a human being into destructive action. For that reason, we must be all the more determined in our defense of life. ✪

New Study Exposes How Vaccines Trigger SIDS

or decades, grieving parents have been told their infants died of “sudden infant death syndrome” (SIDS), a vague diagnosis that conveniently absolves vaccine manufacturers of blame. But groundbreaking research now reveals the chilling truth: Vaccines are killing babies — and the medical establishment has been hiding it. A new study published in the International Journal of Medical Sciences uncovers the biological mechanisms linking vaccines to SIDS, proving that toxic vaccine ingredients overwhelm infants’ underdeveloped detox pathways, leading to fatal inflammation, brainstem damage and respiratory failure.

“In the absence of modern medicine, the newborn baby consumes only mother’s milk. Now, babies are expected to process the hepatitis B vaccine at birth, followed by eight more toxic shots by two months old.”

The Consequences Are Catastrophic:

✪ Toxin overload: Aluminum adjuvants and formaldehyde can’t be broken down, flooding the bloodstream and crossing the blood-brain barrier.

✪ Brain stem inflammation: Toxins trigger cytokine storms that damage the medulla, crippling the brain’s ability to regulate breathing and heart rate.

✪ Serotonin system collapse: Studies show 70% of SIDS cases involve disrupted serotonin pathways, preventing babies from waking during apnea episodes.

✪ Metabolic sabotage: Vaccines further suppress CYP450 enzymes, trapping infants in a lethal feedback loop where each shot increases toxicity.

The Smoking Gun: VAERS Data Exposes The Cover-Up

Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher analyzed 2,605 infant deaths reported to VAERS from 1990–2019 and found a damning pattern: 75% of SIDS cases occurred within 7 days of vaccination, with deaths spiking on day two. “This is not random — it’s a biological signature,” Hulscher warns. In one harrowing legal case (Boatmon v. HHS), autopsy reports proved brainstem abnormalities were missed — a deliberate oversight to protect vaccine programs. Similarly, Dr. Paul Thomas found unvaccinated children in his practice had zero SIDS cases, while the vaccinated rate mirrored national averages.

Instead of pausing the vaccine schedule to investigate, hospitals double down on poisoning preemies. “Cesarean sections deliver babies earlier, and doctors compensate by vaccinating them more aggressively,” says Jablonowski. Even worse, pediatricians push Tylenol post-vaccination — a drug that clogs CYP450 pathways, ensuring toxins stay trapped longer.

Genetic testing could identify high-risk infants, but the medical-industrial complex refuses to consider the evidence and be proactive at avoiding vaccine injury and death. It’s easier to pretend the issue doesn’t exist and just blame parents for their child dying in their sleep.

“Pharmacogenomics could save lives, but it exposes the fraud of one-size-fits-all vaccines,” says Hulscher. Until then, parents are left to navigate a system that sacrifices children for profit.

The real solution is a complete restructuring of the CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule, removing any recommendations for vaccines for babies under one year of age, and making it illegal for pediatricians, pharmacists, and family doctors to administer any of these high risk products in vulnerable, developing children.

The Study’s Authors Urge Immediate Action:

✪ Ban toxic excipients like aluminum, polysorbate 80, and formaldehyde in vaccines.

✪ Halt preterm vaccinations until metabolic maturity is confirmed.

✪ Mandate autopsies for all SIDS cases, including brain stem analysis.

“Every ‘SIDS’ death should be treated as a potential vaccine homicide,” says Jablonowski. “Parents deserve the truth—not another whitewashed lie.” ✪

OP-ED: Which Movie Is This?

n this age of information overload, when everybody’s brain has become a memory hole, we’ll see how long anyone actually remembers Elon Musk’s epic tantrum. The latest news is that Mr. Trump and Wonderboy have scheduled a phone convo for today, Friday, supposedly to “make-up.”

The entire psychodrama looks like an episode out of the Batman movie which America has become. You could see the current plot twist from a thousand miles away. Even back in the summer, Elon’s spastic cavortings on the campaign trail looked suspiciously drug-edged. He’s reported to use ketamine, which induces mood changes from euphoria to anxiety and agitation, as well as slurred speech. Also, altered judgment and disinhibition that might provoke risky behavior. You just have to kind of wonder.

Meanwhile, the fabled Fourth Turning enters full churn. Western Civilization, of which we are part, continues to go sideways into history. In case you are distracted by Mr. Musk’s histrionics, we are on a path toward World War, political crack-up and global bankruptcy.

Among the strange doings, note former CIA Director Mike Pompeo showing up a week ago at a “Black Sea Security Forum” in Odessa, Ukraine, where — say, what? —he called for called for a “complete victory” over Russia, and advocated for Crimea to be recognized as part of Ukraine. (which is not in the folder labeled “Reality”)

A call for “victory” implies that we’re at war with Russia, or seek to enter such a war. Granted, the US neocon-intel-blob sparked the Ukraine-Russia War, starting in 2014, when State Department Cookie Monster Victoria Nuland set off the Maidan color revolution. And “Joe Biden” kept stoking the conflict with cash and ammo — and inflammatory rhetoric. But Mr. Trump has been working this year to put out the fire, difficult as that is, with the EU and the rest of NATO beating war drums offstage.

What was Mike Pompeo up to in Odessa? You can make the case that he was violating the Logan Act: attempting to make freelance foreign policy outside government, and in a rather dangerous way, calling for war, however obliquely. And then you have Senators Lindsey Graham and Richard Blumenthal flying to Kiev to confab with the unelected coke-head running Ukraine’s war machine. . . and alakazam, the next day Ukraine pulls off its long-distance bombing prank deep into Russia, destroying some of its strategic nuclear force. Surely, the purpose of that was to provoke a response that could amount to a cassus belli for the EU to launch its (insane and suicidal) longed-for war against Russia.

Why were Pompeo, Lindsey Graham, and Blumenthal not arrested when they flew back to the USA? Everything they were up to in Ukraine had the odor of serious mischief. Mr. Patel of the FBI, a former US attorney who knows how to manage such things, should have personally hauled all three of them into a windowless room for depositions. Who, exactly, does Mike Pompeo purport to represent these days? Who paid for his trip to Odessa, and who went with him? And why isn’t anybody asking these questions?

Elon Musk’s bout of intemperance was supposedly provoked by his disgust over the “big beautiful bill” before Congress, not a budget, really, but a mandatory spending reconciliation package with lots of bells, whistles, and kazoos attached. Of course, you have to ask: what legislation coming out of that animal farm is not a monstrosity? Maybe it takes a monster to fight a monster.

Maybe America needs to transition out of its Batman phase into something like King Kong versus Godzilla. The multitude of little folk underfoot are getting trampled, anyway. And the bankruptcy of America is already presenting itself as a sort of systemic sepsis driving ordinary people and small businesses to ruin, even while the stock and bond markets manage to levitate. No one can feel comfortable in the present situation.

The Democrat Party has played the Joker during the past ten Batman years, working overtime to throw the entire country into chaos. That movie’s over. Now, strange to relate, it’s looking more and more like the USA (King Kong) against Europe (Godzilla). Russia is the lady in peril down among the ferns watching the brutes roar at each other. China is something like Ming-the-Merciless from a distant planet (and another movie), waiting off-stage to see what happens.

Europe has a death wish. Its economy is cratering. It’s sacrificing two-thousand years of culture to a new barbarian invasion. The governments of the UK, France, and Germany, have gone full Orwell against their own citizens. The unelected EU has turned into a tyrannical machine grinding up anything that looks like enterprise. And the war drums they’re beating can only bring on a hard rain of Russian hypersonic “hazelnuts,” destroying the only thing they have left: their once-charming cities. If that’s not enough to finish Europe off, wait for the banking and bond market implosion.

Mr. Trump knows that Godzilla is fixing to fall off a cliff. He’s more inclined to take up with that lady down in the ferns and march back into the humid, welcoming jungle. If you really want to rescue what’s left of Western Civilization, Russia in its current form, would be your natural ally, not your opponent. Nobody knows how we will get through this movie, but time does not stand still and some day we will be back in a world of nations that have given up acting like monsters. . . and maybe the next movie will be something more light-hearted like Carey Grant and Kate Hepburn with a pet leopard. ✪

Musk & Trump Signal Willingness To Make Peace

ech billionaire Elon Musk may be ready to put an end to his feud with President Donald Trump, signaling openness to reconciliation in a social media exchange on Thursday. Responding to a post from investor Bill Ackman, who called on both men to make peace “for the benefit of our great country,” Musk replied simply, “You’re not wrong.”

The message marks a notable shift in tone after days of escalating tensions between the two powerful figures. Just earlier that day, Musk threatened to immediately decommission SpaceX’s Dragon spacecraft following Trump’s statement that he was considering canceling US Government contracts with Musk’s companies. The move would have left NASA without a reliable way to send or retrieve astronauts from the International Space Station, where four U.S. astronauts are currently stationed.

That threat, however, was later walked back. Musk reversed course Thursday, replying to a user who urged both men to step back from the fight: “Good advice. Ok, we won’t decommission Dragon.”

SpaceX’s Dragon capsule has been a key part of NASA’s crewed space missions. It was previously used to rescue astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore after they were stranded on the ISS for nearly 10 months. While NASA is working with Boeing on its Starliner project, that spacecraft has not yet been approved for human travel, leaving Dragon as the only proven US option for manned missions.

Musk’s conflict with Trump began after the president’s “Big Beautiful Bill,” which Musk criticized for adding trillions to the national deficit without addressing government waste.

Musk, who had been leading the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), resigned recently, DOGE under Musk has reportedly saved tens of billions in wasteful and fraudulent government spending and was aiming to push those savings even farther into the trillions. ✪
