âȘ President Donald Trump officially began his second term by immediately rescinding dozens of Joe Bidenâs executive orders (âEOsâ) because what one president can doeth, another president can undoeth…

rump ended all DEI programs, blocked âclimate change,â initiatives, pulled back COVID overreach, ended protections for âtransgenderâ people (i.e., mentally ill people) serving in the military, erased every one of Bidenâs pro-illegal alien EOs, brought offshore drilling back, withdrew sanctions on Israeli settlements, and renamed Cuba as a terrorist sponsor, among other things.
However, that was only the beginning:
Trump took myriad steps to block illegal immigration and deport illegal aliens. He began by taking a page out of the Biden playbook and declared a national emergency at the border, unlocking enhanced federal powers. Next, he declared foreign nationals illegally entering America as an invasion and blocked all further illegal alien entry into America (counter to the Biden policy, which allowed them to enter easily via using a phone appâan app Trump immediately shut down). He followed with a second executive order to protect the American people from this invasion.
Having campaigned on illegal immigration being a serious problem which threatens national security, Trump reinstated the Federal Governmentâs powers to fight illegal immigration: all kinds of effective actions the government can take to block entry (complete the Wall, detain illegal aliens in Mexico, end Catch & Release).
Trump also made good on his promise to deploy the American military to the border. One of our Military’s missions is to repel invaders. The military will essentially become an ICE adjunct on the border itself. Â
Trump also announced the end of anchor babies and birthright citizenship. As S. David Sultzer argued, based upon English common law (which has influenced American law since the time the Constitution was ratified) and Americaâs own law, Trump is 100% on target with this particular Executive Order.
Further steps will be undertaken to reform the current ârefugee admissions program,â which should limit admission to authentic refugees instead of people escaping their own governmentâs mismanagement. Trump also officially designated the Mexican cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, giving the Federal Government additional power to fight them.

Trump signed multiple EOs aimed at making the government more responsive and competent. He reinstated the Schedule F policy, making it easier to fire unproductive government employees. However, he didnât stop there. He also ended ALL DEI practices in federal hiring; returning the hiring process to the original merit-based system once more. More broadly, he officially ended all DEI programs in the Federal Government. Trump also officially established DOGE, The Office Of Government Efficiency & The External Revenue Service.
Trump clarified the new Government and Federal Law policies specifically regarding gender; only âtwo sexes (male and female)â and they âare not changeableâ but physically fixed at birth and âgrounded in fundamental and incontrovertible reality.â
The Federal Government is now in the position of entirely ridding itself of any language which doesnât comport with reality, including identification documents and the specific wording of any policies which may advance false realities.
Tump says 2020âs Bostock v. Clayton Countyâwhich expanded Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act by claiming “sex” means âgender identityââis wrong. âThis position is legally untenable and has harmed women and the government must effectively ignore it.” Bostock stands a very good chance of being overturned now that the Supreme Court has seen how Americans oppose transgender madness and the damage it has done to numerous institutions of our culture.
Trump has made it plain the State Departmentâs official mission and first order of business will now be to put Americaâs interests first.
Part of Trump’s âAmerica Firstâ approach also includes American withdrawal from the World Health Organization. COVID clearlt demonstrated this organization isnât concerned about health more than it is about its own power and become the first de facto world government. Trump also immediately withdrew America from the Paris Climate Accords & cancelled the Biden EV mandate.
Addition Trump Executive Orders will unlocked Americaâs energy potential. He declared a national energy emergency and promised âunleash American energy,â ordering Alaska be reopened to exploration for additional oil and rare earth mineral reserves. He paused the madness of offshore wind project and stopped the âworld communityâ from continuing to influence over American environmental concerns including oil and gas.
Trump ordered an immediate pause on all foreign aid pending review to ensure any future aid aligns with Americaâs national interests. This policy action will put a complete stop to funding ridiculous foreign aid projects like LGBTQ+ puppetry in Bhutan or studying the effects of cocaine on transgender sex workers in Somalia.
Trump restored the application of the federal death penalty, which Joe Biden had paused while attempting to circumvent the policy via unconstitutional pardons based upon his personal bias against applicable death penalty laws.
Trump terminated the security clearance for those government officials who claimed the Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation. These security clearances are mandatory to hold many jobs in the defense and intelligence industries, so Trump made many of these people unemployable.
As part of his Make America Great Again agenda, Trump also restored Mt. McKinleyâs name and renamed the Gulf of Mexico as the Gulf of America.
Of Course, there were also many other EOs. Too many to discuss in detail here. There were also many memoranda issued to the heads of various government departments, ordering them to bring back efficiency and sanity.
Then came the pardons. As promised, Trump pardoned or commuted the sentences of all the January 6 defendants. This was justice which was long overdue. Trump declared the Federal Government has abused its powers by intentionally corrupting the laws of the United States.
Trump’s also issued Executive Orders Relating to Israel, Jews & Palestinians:
1) He revoked Executive Order 14115, which had sanctioned certain Israeli settlers in the West Bank.
2) Trump restored sanctions on the International Criminal Court, reversing their cancellation under the Biden Administration.
3) Trump declared a 90-day pause on all U.S. foreign developmental assistance programs pending review of their alignment with administration policy (e.g. UNRWA).
4) Trump authorized the deportation of visa holders who support hateful ideologies, terrorism, or national security threats; such as individuals involved in pro-Hamas protests, riots or fundraising efforts for terrorists.
5) Trump lifted restrictions on arms sales to Israel, including the supply of 2,000-pound bombs and reaffirmed American support for Israelâs defense.
And he hasnât even been the president for barely 24 hours yet. To all the people out there still suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome, now might be a good time to do something about that because if you don’t, it’s going to be a very long four years. âȘ
