Copper John: Trump’s Victory Proves The Left Has Lost The Culture War

he reelection of President Donald J. Trump is proof the Left has finally lost the Culture War they once waged so confidently against America. The reason the have lost the Culture War is because their political ideology is failed. Not only has their leftist political orthodoxy completely failed; but if they insist on continuing the Culture War they will only move more aspects of their cultural and social influence farther beyond of their grasp and control. The Democrats made the fatal error of overplaying their hand to dominate this country. Their radical ideas and extremist positions on issues such as abortion, transgenderism, education, immigration, government, the Media and economy was not received well by We The People. They LOST.

The 2024 election cycle was full of many surprises; among which was the number of young college age and minority voters who crossed traditional party demographic lines to cast their votes for Donald Trump. In the past, the Democrats were always able to count on the support of these voter groups; however, as the results in November demonstrated, that support is no longer a given. Democrats marginalized and alienated these voter groups ignoring and passing them over. In their arrogance, the Left abandoned these voters in favor of catering to the needs of illegal aliens. Instead of offering solutions to improve the quality of life for ALL Americans, the Left embarked on a campaign to create a new dependent, entitlement voter class by importing millions of illegal aliens. That political misestimation may prove fatal for the Left in the long run, as the next four years of Donald Trump will only further deconstruct their agenda.

I think it’s important we examine the areas of the Culture War where the Left suffered their greatest losses so we can understand their mistakes to better build upon our current political advantage by providing real solutions to the many problems Americans now face.

The Main Stream Media

The Main Stream Media has long since gone all in for championing the Left. Conservatives have already known this for decades. A majority of the Americans who continue to get their news and information over the years from primarily the Main Stream Media have grown increasingly disillusioned and overwhelmed by slanted news and propaganda which directly promote leftist narratives and ideology at the exclusion of other viewpoints. The Main Stream Media complex has made it their duty to label and stigmatized Conservatives and conservative thought as threats to the Left’s own unique definitions of “democracy” and “national security.” The Main Stream Media has called us every name in the book including fascists, racists, Nazis, White Supremacists, and Christian nationalists as well as bigots, homophobes and islamophobes. The Main Stream Media pursues a relentless campaign of automatically designating anything the the conservative Right says or does as an existential threat the country. This creates irrational fear, the bread and butter of progressive leftism.Of course, it is all intentionally misleading hyperbole. The Left also enjoys abusing the word “democracy” to deliberately distract and create confusion about our actual form of government. America is a constitutional republic as the Founders originally designed and intended; not a “democracy” as the Left continues to insist. By constantly referring to America as a “democracy,” the Left attempts to legitimize and advance their collective, marxist constructs of “equality” and “equity.” What we have recently seen in particular since the election, is that strategy backfiring in a dramatic loss of viewership and advertising revenue from traditional MSM information outlets such as CNN, MSNBC, NPR and others.

Another significant shift is already underway as more people abandon traditional news media information sources in favor of getting their information from alternative media sources such as conservative podcasts, blogs, web sites and social media platforms which strongly REFUTE the leftist narratives being pushed by the traditional MSM. With the Left’s loss in the Culture War, more Americans are turning to these alternative sources of information in DROVES. As millions of people finally awaken to the truth of how the Left has intentionally manipulated information for decades, they become more motivated to seek out new sources which offer different viewpoints and more truth. Traditional information sources such as CNN and MSNBC are imploding and collapsing while alternative News sources such as Joe Rogan, Tucker Carlson, Patriots Helping Patriots and countless other members of the New Media are growing their audiences and expanding their reach every day. Unfortunately for the Left, these New Media audiences also INCLUDE many younger voters and minorities.

Abortion

Abortion in the United States has always been an extremely controversial issue. Since the Roe vs Wade ruling in 1973, the Left has completely EMBRACED abortion as one of the fundamental tenants of the Democrat Party. It’s not an exaggeration to say abortion is both the Left’s sacred cow and Holy Grail. As far as they’re concerned, when it comes to abortion there are no compromises and no negotiation possible. The Left is rabidly obsessed with defending a woman’s “right” to kill her unborn child.

Once Roe vs Wade was finally overturned by the Supreme Court, (which occurred in the Trump’s first term) abortion was sent back to the states where it rightly has always belonged. The Left seized upon this development as some sort of supreme opportunity to gain control over a larger part of the female voting bloc. Together with their partners in crime in the Main Stream Media, they created a completely false narrative about poor, helpless women betrayed by their government, dying in the streets or back alley abortion clinics because the “patriarchy” had unfairly deprived them of the “freedom” to control their own bodies. In fact, the misleading terms of “women’s health” and “reproductive freedom” were both coined by the Left to mislead the American public into believing abortion is really all about a woman’s health, freedom and human rights. That sounds much better than actually calling out abortion for what it really is, infanticide. The Left has spent decades grooming their voters into believing abortion is really all about women’s healthcare and freedom.

However, millions of women voters across all demographics did not agree with the Left’s claim abortion was the decisive issue of the 2024 election. Particularly since there were so many other concerns they felt more pressing such as inflation, crime, drugs, corruption, open borders, censorship and ongoing wars and conflicts. Many women also came to their own conclusion that Trump had not taken away their ability to have an abortion; but rather sent the issue back to the states to decide, which is exactly the reason the 10th Amendment was ratified into the Bill of Rights.

The Left will always work to keep abortion on the front burner because it is a way for them to use sex to divide the society. Contrary to all of their hysterical claims, there is currently not even one single state which has completely banned abortion since Roe vs Wade was overturned. And no, women are not being butchered in the back alleys of American cities. Some states might be very restrictive when it comes to abusing abortion as a form of birth control, but even Texas and Missouri now allow abortions if certain circumstances require it to save or protect the life of the mother.

The Broken Education System

The American public education system is a complete failure on so many levels. From poor academic performance, to extremist ideological indoctrination, it seems the American public education system is about everything BUT properly educating our children to be able to face the challenges of life in the World. This unfortunate set of circumstances has been a very long time in the making. It should come to nobody’s surprise that our public education system happens to be completely owned, organized and managed by the Left. They have completely FAILED and betrayed our children. Education is another volatile front in the American Culture War between the Right and the Left. Not only are parents across the nation sick and tired of watching their kids fail academically, but they are also outraged by the extent of open homosexual and transgender indoctrination now taking place in their schools. The Left is using the public education system as a weapon to wage their war against the Family institution on MULTIPLE fronts; from parents being intimidated and arrested at school board meetings for speaking their minds, to open LGBTQ+ activism and the lack of general safety on school campuses. Part of the Left’s Culture War on education includes the Biden DOJ and FBI designating outspoken parents as domestic terrorists instead of just “concerned parents.” According to the Left, children are now the property of the State and not their parents.

Our public schools are now inundated with the constant promotion of homosexuality by pushing pornographic filth on children as young as early grade school. A practice left wing teachers, librarians, administrators and some democrat law makers actually DEFEND as a “freedom of speech” issue. Many teachers in public schools are also now openly gay or trans and prioritize homosexual indoctrination as a major and normal part of their teaching curriculum. There is also an organized effort in public education to directly support the LGBTQ+ movement. These teachers who defend the dissemination of pornographic materials, fly the LGBTQ+ Flag in their classrooms or openly discuss their own sexuality with students have gone so far as to claim their students are “their” kids while schools and school districts continue to take away more parental rights. According to the Left, it’s none of a parent’s business if their child is encouraged to become sexually confused or gender dysphoric. According to the Left, parents deserve no say whatsoever when it comes to their child going on birth control or deciding to abort an unwanted pregnancy.

In the Culture War, there has been a MASSIVE backlash against the schools and the public education system which is driving more parents to opt for homeschooling, charter schools or private education. One of the campaign promises Trump made during the election was that he would completely abolish the Department of Education and return the nation’s public education back to the respective states. It will be interesting in the future to compare the differences in basics of reading, writing and math skills between private and publicly educated children. With the Left’s loss of the Culture War, public education can only hope to improve because it certainly can’t get any worse than it already is.

The LGBTQ Movement

The LGBTQ Movement is perhaps the Left’s greatest cultural failure. Most Americans just want to be left alone to pursue opportunities to live their lives, be happy and succeed without outside government meddling or interference. Most Americans do not really care about how others may or may not choose to live THEIR lives. Most Americans are actually quite accepting and understanding of others who are gay; but when it comes to the militant, extreme in your face kinds of behavior we see coming from the LBGTQ Movement community, Americans are sick and tired of having GAY pushed in our faces everywhere we turn, enduring numerous falsely contrived GAY holidays and being publicly expected to celebrate sexual activity which lies far outside of our own moral limits. Americans are sick & tired of an entire month set aside every year devoted to celebrating “Pride.” Perhaps because not everyone can understand how deviant behaviors are really anything to be proud about or celebrate. Women are TIRED of having to risk seeing male genitalia whenever they use a public restroom. Women are TIRED of being trounced and injured by men who “identify” as women in their sports leagues and are now beginning to refuse to compete athletically against transgenders.

The LBGTQ movement is so typical of the Left. They paint themselves as the victims to justify being insufferable bullies any time they feel their “rights” have been violated. Calling them by the wrong pronouns can immediately send them off in a tantrum. Unfortunately, the United States Supreme Court during Obama ruled same sex marriage legal and normal Americans in their tolerance just said “OK, live and let live” as we went about our lives. However, the LBGTQ Movement has gone far beyond any expectations of “tolerance.” They now openly demand everyone accept and celebrate their lifestyle. Since there is no natural means for gays to physically procreate, they can only expand their movement and cultural dominance by targeting our children with indoctrination. And as we have already seen, they can become violent and dangerous when they don’t get their way. Perhaps they need to understand this approach will never win them ANY acceptance from a normal society.

Illegal Immigration

Since the very first day of the Biden Administration, our borders have been thrown wide open to allow millions upon millions of unscreened and unvetted illegal aliens from every country on Earth to pour into our country. Thanks to the Left, we really don’t have a clue who might be here now. Many of the invaders have brought diseases with them. Many are enterprising criminals or gang members who have come here to set up shop in our cities; to victimize normal Americans with their criminal activity. They aren’t really interested in our national values or assimilating to become contributing members of American society. Rather, they are here mostly to TAKE from us THAT which they have NO claim. However, that hasn’t stopped the Left from giving away the entire country in order to organize them as a new dependent entitlement class who will continue to vote Democrat forever to keep all of the freebies coming.

The so-called progressive, leftist “border czars” have assured us numerous times the border is secure & under control. Of course all blatant lies, but the Biden Administration and the Democrats will say anything to keep the border open. Veterans have been displaced out of their housing & benefits onto the streets to make more housing available for illegal aliens. Hundreds of billions of our tax dollars have been stolen and squandered in order to provide free housing, food, healthcare education and general aid and assistance to illegals. American have been robbed, tortured, raped and murdered at the hands of illegals. Illegals are people who really have NO reason to be here. As the Left continues bending over backwards to cater to illegals, American families who have been devastated by recent natural disasters continue to survive living on the edge with ZERO assistance or support from this corrupt administration. The Left completely failed to understand how this issue was much more important to voters in the 2024 election than abortion.

The Democrats revealed how they are fully committed to the replacement theory they so vehemently deny. More lies from the Left. They were counting on a newly selected and installed President Harris to issue an executive order calling for the unconditional amnesty of the more than 50 million illegal aliens currently living in America. It has never mattered at all to the Democrats whether an illegal could be a terrorist or criminal so long as they are given legal protections and advantages by this government. 50 million more newly minted American citizens would have given the Left a perpetual demographic supermajority which would have allowed them to achieve a permanent, one party lock over the country forever. That was their plan. The only thing they missed was pissing off their traditional base of black and hispanic voters to motivate enough of them to vote for Donald Trump. They completely missed the massive shift of black and Hispanic voters across traditional party lines. Minority voters were also tired of watching their communities and tax dollars go in favor of illegals while as regular Americans, they were left abandoned by Democrats to struggle in this inflationary economy. The Left failed to anticipate this major shift in minority voting because of their hubris led them to believe these voters would never leave their plantation. Big mistake.

Americans are just exhausted from the Culture War constantly being waged by the Left and on November 5th they sent a strong message, “enough!” Yet has the Left received America’s message? Of course not. They insist upon continuing on with all of their lies, projections, identity politics and twisting of the truth. If anything, they’ve doubled down on their stupidity and inflammatory behavior, mostly due to their pathological hatred of Donald Trump because they know Trump cannot be bought. They know Trump cannot be controlled and to the Left, he represents the destruction of all they have labored so long to accomplish. So like Don Quixote facing down windmills, the Left continues to fight the Culture War they are not even smart enough to realize they have already lost. True to their character and tradition, they have ramped up all their drama and rhetoric against Trump, conservatives, his associates and cabinet picks. However, Trump succeeded in securing the popular vote, the Electoral College, victory in every single swing state, as well as holding the House flipping the Senate. That should be all the proof the Left needs to understand they have LOST the Culture War. It was ultimately the American People who finally realized that it was time for this Culture War to end, and they showed exactly what they think of all the Left’s anti-American, progressive socialist cancer on our society. They voted to throw it onto the trash heap of History; the only place where it really belongs. The responsibility of the RIGHT is now to stand firm and deliver a better, safer, stable, more free and prosperous America to ALL Americans regardless of skin color, sex orientation or religious preferences. To push back against the chaos, confusion and division the Left has weaponized against our country in order to achieve permanent power. If we can do that, then we will be successful in reclaiming and restoring our country. Just one of many prizes we wait to claim for winning the Cultural War.✪
