Dr. Robert Malone Calls For An International Tribunal To Investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci And Peter Daszak

Gain-of-function manipulation is a risky and highly controversial type of research that involves making pathogens and viruses more lethal and virulent in a laboratory. “Gain-of-function” SARS-CoV virus manipulation caused the deaths of millions of people. “Vast amounts of evidence suggest that Eco Health and NIAID caused those deaths,” Malone  tweeted on Sunday.

Dr. Malone is one of dozens of COVID vaccine critics who have been reinstated onto Twitter by “Chief Twit” Elon Musk after being permanently suspended under the previous management. He is a founding member of the 17,000+ strong International Alliance of Physicians and Medical Scientists, which put out a declaration in September of 2021 calling for an end to the COVID vaccine mandates, a return to open discourse, and an “individualized, personalized approach to patient care.”

“If the UN is a legitimate organization, it must investigate and prosecute those responsible for the millions of deaths caused by the lab-created SARS-CoV-2 virus” Malone tweeted on New Year’s Day. “That is, those people and organizations responsible for the creation of this virus. Prosecute Fauci/Daszak now,” the vaccinologist said.

In December of 2021, Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky) said Fauci should go to prison for five years for lying to Congress about the origins of COVID-19. The Kentucky senator had repeatedly sparred with Fauci over the funding of gain-of-function experiments at the Wuhan lab.

“Fauci should go to prison for five years for lying to Congress. They’ve prosecuted other people, they’ve selectively gone after Republicans, but in no way will they do anything about him lying,” he told Maria Bartiromo on Fox Business.

Paul contended that Fauci lied to Congress when he denied that the National Institutes of Health funded “gain of function” research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

“Anthony Fauci/Peter Daszak must be held accountable. An international tribunal must convene,” Malone wrote on Twitter. “Article 41 of the United Nations Charter gives the Security Council the authority to use a variety of measures to enforce its decisions… international tribunals which have tried people responsible for serious crimes under international humanitarian law,” the doctor added.

In 2014, following a number of “bio-safety incidents” at federal research facilities, the Obama Administration placed a moratorium on risky Gain-of-Function research, but Fauci and Daszak, a British zoologist, skirted the moratorium and continued the experiments.

The government funding was laundered through EcoHealth, Daszak’s global health and pandemic prevention nonprofit. Daszak subcontracted the research to “bat lady” Dr Shi Zhengli, head of the infectious disease unit at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

During the early days of the pandemic, Daszak and Fauci both aggressively shot down claims that COVID-19 could have accidentally escaped from the Wuhan lab as “conspiracy theories.”

Daszak orchestrated a statement that was published in The Lancet medical journal in February of 2020, condemning as “conspiracy theories” any suggestions the virus didn’t have a natural origin.

The statement was cited by numerous news outlets and by fact check organizations to censor investigative reporting on the true origin of the COVID-19 virus.

During his seven-hour deposition with the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana against in November, the recently retired Fauci stated that he was “afraid” that “blaming the Chinese” for the outbreak would “increase tensions and reduce cooperation” with Beijing to prevent future pandemics.

In a recent interview with Epoch Times, Malone argued that the government is actively engaged in a war for the control of people’s minds, and the intelligence community has weaponized social media platforms to influence what Americans think and feel.

“By using these tools of manipulating what information, what tweets you put out, what messages you put out to your influencer cloud, they can modulate how those people behave,” he said. “You can actually very actively control what individuals are thinking, the information that they’re gathering, what they’re being influenced to do.” On Twitter, Malone said the government has used these tools to push the mRNA products.

“Governments all over the world, working with NGO and corp. media, deployed an information war battle plan (Event 201) against their citizens to promote the experimental medical products,” Malone tweeted. “This was unethical. There must be consequences.”

He also had nothing good to say about the celebrities and influencers who mindlessly parroted the government’s propaganda.

“Media celebs., influencers, musicians and artists collaborated (often for money) with governments and NGO to support pre-planned (Event 201) information war against citizens. They need to be identified and shunned as the hostile wartime collaborators and combatants that they are,” he tweeted.

The Event 201 Exercise was a three-and-a-half hour pandemic exercise hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, World Economic Forum and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in October of 2019 that simulated a “dramatic, scenario-based facilitated discussions, confronting difficult, true-to-life dilemmas associated with response to a hypothetical, but scientifically plausible, pandemic.” The exercise closely resembled the COVID-19 pandemic that spread throughout the globe just a few months later.

Following the exercise, the Event 201 organizers made seven authoritarian and arguably fascistic recommendations for “public-private cooperation for pandemic preparedness and response,” including providing “more resources and support” to pharmaceutical companies “for the development and surge manufacturing of vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics,” and working with the social media companies to crack down on so-called “mis- and disinformation.”

“Governments and the private sector should assign a greater priority to developing methods to combat mis- and disinformation prior to the next pandemic response,” the Event 201 organizers said in their call to action. “Governments will need to partner with traditional and social media companies to research and develop nimble approaches to countering misinformation.”

Elon Musk indicated on Sunday that this week’s Twitter Files report will focus on Fauci. “Hope you’re having a great day 1 2023! One thing’s for sure, it won’t be boring,” Musk tweeted. He said the Fauci Files will be dropped “later this week.” ✪
